We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to the General Manager to provide proactive, high-level support to our leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll act as a key partner to the GM, ensuring smooth coordination across schedules, meetings, and projects. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, discretion, as well as the ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly.
Location & Work Type: This full-time position requires attendance in our Jerusalem office 4 days a week and allows work from home 1 day a week.
A proactive and detail-oriented professional who can anticipate the GM’s needs and provide seamless support. You have exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism. You’re adaptable, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while staying one step ahead in a dynamic environment.
