We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing people strategy at Cross River. This isn’t just a senior HR role - it’s a high-impact opportunity for a proven HR leader with hands-on expertise across the full HR spectrum.
You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, offering strategic and operational support to managers, employees, and leadership. you’ll influence core decisions, lead change, and elevate both the employee experience and HR function.
This requires availability working 4 times a week from our Jerusalem office - Must
