We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Developer to take the lead in building seamless, scalable internal systems that power our operations. This role is critical to deliver world-class experiences for both our teams and end users by configuring and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the full Power Platform suite. You’ll have significant autonomy, working across Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. Your work will directly support regulatory compliance, partner success, and internal workflows, reducing tech debt and improving user experience.
You’ll collaborate with peers across time zones, including some US hours overlap, while growing your technical abilities.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proficient in Hebrew and English both written and verbal, sufficient for achieving consensus and success in a remote and asynchronous work environment with ongoing daily correspondence by email - Must
- 5+ years of experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint- Must
- Deep understanding of Dataverse, including security models, solution management, and scalable architecture design- Must
- Strong experience designing business applications, automation workflows, and digital experiences on the Microsoft Power Platform- Must
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions
- Ability to evaluate and apply "configuration over customization" principles while identifying when custom development is appropriate
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with internal and external business systems
- Proficiency with REST APIs, integration patterns, SQL Server, JavaScript, C#, and .NET
- Experience developing custom Power Platform components, including PCF controls and React-based user interfaces (Code Apps)
- Hands-on experience building and supporting Microsoft Dataverse plugins and business logic using C#
- Experience with Azure Functions and Azure cloud services supporting Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, application lifecycle management, and Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience with third-party integrations such as DocuSign, Workday, OData, or other enterprise platforms
- Knowledge of Microsoft CRM SDK, SSRS, and Microsoft development toolkits
- Ability to maintain a partial overlap with US business hours to support cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related technologies are a plus
